Lauren Gepford: 2026 Coaching & Consulting Rate Sheet

My rates depend on what you can pay. Find your tier below. The price is the hourly rate for your tier times the hours we agree on.

Individuals: coaching

You pay per 60-minute session. The price includes my preparation before each session and the emails, texts, and check-ins between sessions, so you are never billed for that time. It includes any premium Substack content I may release and coaching handouts and tools. Pick your tier by your annual income.

TierAnnual incomeOne sessionTwo a monthSix months
AccessUp to $90k$100$200 a month$1,200
Standard$90k to $175k$200$400 a month$2,400
Supporting$175k and up$300$600 a month$3,600

Group coaching is $25 (Access), $50 (Standard) or $75 (Supporting) per person, per hour. A typical group meets 4 hours a month for 4 months.

Organizations: consulting and coaching

Your tier is set by your organization's yearly revenue or budget.

TierYearly revenueConsulting, per hourCoaching, per session hourConsulting hours over the plan
AccessUp to $500k$100$100$200
Standard$500k to $4M$200$200$300
Supporting$4M and up$300$300$400

Consulting is billed for every hour I work, prep included.

Coaching is billed for the session hour only. My prep and follow-up are free. That makes coaching about half the price per hour of work, on purpose. I am newer to coaching, and I want it in as many projects as I can.

Hours past the plan cost $100 more per hour. Extra coaching sessions stay at the regular rate.

Example: a $1.5M organization (Standard) with 14 hours of consulting and 4 coaching sessions a month pays $3,600 a month.

Why my rates are public

I want my pricing to be fair, equitable and transparent. Everyone at the same tier pays the same rate, no matter who they know or how well they negotiate. You can see what I charge before you ever talk to me, and you do not have to ask for a discount to get a fair price.

The sliding scale keeps this work affordable for small and rural groups and for people without much money. Groups with more resources pay more, and that is what makes the lower tiers possible. It runs on the honor system. Pick the tier that is true for you. If the numbers clearly do not fit, I may ask you to move tiers.

I use hours and a cap so you know the most you will pay before we start. If the work needs more hours, we talk first.

How it works

  • We agree on your tier and the hours for each month. You pay the rate times the hours.
  • I invoice on the 1st. Payment is due in 10 days.
  • I send a one-page summary of hours each month.
  • Extra hours need your OK first.
  • Travel and expenses are billed at cost, and you approve them first.
  • If your revenue passes a tier line, the new rate starts the next month.
  • Rates can change each January 1, with 60 days' notice.

Rates as of October 2026. The agreement sets the final terms. Not sure which tier fits? Book a free discovery session and we will sort it out.
